This course provides students with learning and experiences that will enhance their personal growth and overall college experience. Students will learn specific skills to enhance academic success, critical thinking, personal growth and development. Topics include an orientation to higher education, academic integrity, learning strategies, study techniques and academic resources, personal health, life skills and an introduction to career development. No credit if taken after COUN G105. Graded or Pass/No Pass option.
