Housing & Residential Education (HRE), in partnership with The Scion Group, offers on-campus housing at an 800-bed apartment style facility at The Harbour at OCC. We strive to create inclusive, safe, and clean living-learning environments that promote student success.

Management Staff and peer Resident Advisors within The Harbour foster an inclusive community of respect where dignity is practiced and is a shared concern for all members of our diverse community. The HRE staff build community, promote academic success, and foster a sense of belonging for all residents through building relationships and offering a variety of social programs and educational initiatives independent of and in collaboration with campus and community partners. 

The Harbour at OCC features 5 different furnished apartment layouts, all include full kitchens with options of single or double occupancy rooms. In addition to the students’ personal accommodations, the facility also includes several community spaces, social lounges, study rooms, and beautiful courtyards. The Harbour at OCC operates 365 days a year, even when the college is closed, and has an on-call rotation of management and resident staff to respond to any issues of student safety or concern.
