At Orange Coast College, we’re committed to providing the real-world skills you need to succeed, no matter what.  It’s our commitment to you and each of our 20,000 students.

Located in the heart of Orange County, OCC’s expansive 164-acre campus combines a welcoming college atmosphere with modern facilities and technology. OCC’s first permanent structure was the Technology Building, built circa 1949, and today the campus features state-of-the-art learning spaces, including the new Chemistry Building, Student Union, Aquatics Center, Professional Mariner Training Center, and the Literature & Languages and Social & Behavioral Sciences Building. As part of our supportive campus environment, The Harbour,  an 800-bed student housing facility,  helps remove barriers to education by providing students with much-needed affordable housing.

Students at OCC enjoy big-time opportunities in a small college setting. In addition to free tutoring, counseling, health and wellness services, and on-campus public safety, OCC offers programs and resources designed to support every student. Services are available for first-time college students, single parents, former foster youth and wards of the court, veterans, international students, and many others. With support available both in person and virtually, OCC provides the flexibility students need to access services when and where they need them.

OCC ranks among the top two-year colleges helping students transfer to the University of California and California State University systems. In addition to transfer degrees, the College offers Associate in Arts and Science degrees, Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT), CSU/GE and IGETC certifications, and certificates in a wide range of career programs. Students can also engage in student government, clubs, honors societies, and more than 20 athletics programs.
