If charges are brought against a student by another student or by a representative of the College, that student should get information about the College’s due process procedure from the Dean of Students Office. The due process procedure guarantees fair and reasonable treatment of all concerned parties. OCC is bound by the laws of State of California, the California Education Code and the policies and procedures of the Coast Community College District.
