Grading Mode: P/NP/SP Noncredit

This course will provide instruction and hands-on experience in laboratory procedures and safety, laboratory equipment assessment, chemical safety and making solutions, running experiments in the field/laboratory, plastination of specimens, and other related laboratory/field concepts. Students are supervised by a biology instructor and/or biology staff qualified to train the students in their procedures and safety guidelines. Enrollment Limitation: Students must have taken a biology laboratory course and passed with a grade of C or higher at OCC prior to enrolling in this course.
