Accounting

The Accounting Department offers introductory and advanced level courses in Accounting that lead to a variety of Certificates of Achievement and/or an Associate of Science Degree in Accounting.  

All Certificate of Achievement programs require three (3) introductory OCC Accounting courses: Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, and Excel for Accounting and Finance.  Completion of these three courses with a grade of "C" or better will qualify the student for the Entry Level Accounting Certificate.  Other Certificates of Achievement can be earned by taking one or two additional advanced Accounting courses at OCC.

All Certificates of Achievement and the Associate of Science Degree in Accounting must be applied for through the OCC Graduation Office.
