Jamf Training Foundation, Certificate of Completion

The Jamf Training Foundation Certificate of Completion prepares students to manage and secure Apple devices in an enterprise environment. Through hands-on training with Jamf Pro and Jamf Protect, students learn to configure system settings, enroll and manage devices, deploy apps and scripts, and apply security standards across macOS, iOS, and iPadOS platforms. This program provides the foundational skills needed for Apple device administration and supports preparation for Jamf certification exams.

Program Learning Outcomes

  1. 1. Configure, support, and troubleshoot Apple devices by applying foundational knowledge of device setup, operating systems, and diagnostic tools.
  2. 2. Enroll, configure, group, and manage Apple devices using Jamf Pro, including deploying content and managing device settings.
  3. 3. Implement basic security and compliance standards for Apple devices using Jamf Protect and industry-aligned best practices.
  4. 4. Apply technical knowledge and skills aligned with Apple Device Support and Jamf certification exams to demonstrate professional competency.
  5. 5. Demonstrate effective performance in an internship or work-based learning environment through the application of technical skills, professional conduct, and reflection on career development.
