Completion of this program will award the student with a Senior Healthcare Technician Certificate and prepare the student for employment as a basic caregiver for the elderly in a variety of health service and community settings to include residential senior care facilities, adult day care, and home care.

- Provide holistic care as a Senior Healthcare Technician to support elderly patients and their family members.
- Explain basic consumer and legal information specific to the elderly population.
