Course Description
This course is a continuation of Music G105 Beginning Guitar 1. Concentration on chords and correct finger-picking. Traditional and folk tunes will be studied and performed. Students must furnish their own guitars. Transfer Credit: CSU; UC.

Course Objectives
- 1. Perform solo/duet guitar pieces in various styles.
- 2. Analyze available literature for the guitar.
- 3. Read music at an advanced beginner level.
- 4. Employ more advanced techniques in guitar practice sessions at the beginner 2 level.

Music: Masters degree in music OR bachelors degree in music AND masters degree in humanities OR the equivalent. Masters degree required.
