Course Description

This laboratory course is designed for students with disabilities who are concurrently enrolled in a Math course. Students will develop and integrate their learning skills and strategies in their Math course. Students will enhance time management, note-taking strategies, critical thinking skills, and problem-solving strategies. Enrollment is open all semester. Noncredit. NOT DEGREE APPLICABLE. Not Transferable.

Learning Disabilities: Disabled Student Programs and Services: Masters degree, or equivalent foreign degree, in the category of disability, special education, education, psychology, educational psychology or rehabilitation counseling; AND 15 semester units of upper division or graduate study in the area of disability
