Course Description
Basic landscape drafting practices, lettering, line work, symbols, sheet composition and dimensioning. Transfer Credit: CSU.

- Draft and sketch symbols and textures while properly using drafting equipment.
- Transfer written information to a drafted drawing using an architect's scale.
Course Objectives
- 1. Identify and properly use basic drafting equipment.
- 2. Draft lines of different weight.
- 3. Draft and sketch symbols and textures.
- 4. Accurately use an architects scale.
- 5. Properly transfer house/ site measurements to a scaled drawing
- 6. Use color to enhance textures and symbols
