Course Description
Formerly: Choreography. This course introduces the elements, techniques, and various methods of choreography at a beginning level. Students will develop improvisational and choreographic skills that will be applied to solo and group movement studies. There will be a variety of performance opportunities. Transfer Credit: CSU; UC.

Eligible Disciplines
Dance: Master's degree in dance, physical education with a dance emphasis, or theater with dance emphasis, OR bachelor's degree in any of the above AND master's degree in physical education, any life science, physiology, theater arts, kinesiology, humanities, performing arts, or music OR the equivalent. Master's degree required.
