Course Description

This course provides advanced training techniques for sprints, distance running, jumps, and throws while developing strength, speed, endurance, and agility. The curriculum includes race strategy, biomechanics, injury prevention, and mental preparation. Athletes will also analyze performance metrics and receive personalized coaching to refine techniques. Transfer Credit: CSU; UC: Credit Limitation: Any or all of these ATHL, DANC, PE Activity courses combined: maximum credit, 4 units.
