Course Description
This course provides an introduction to the fundamental techniques and tactics of track and field. Students will learn the basic skills required to participate in track and field events at a beginning level, including sprinting, hurdling, jumping, and throwing events. Transfer Credit: CSU; UC: Credit Limitation: Any or all of these ATHL, DANC, PE Activity courses combined: maximum credit, 4 units.
