Course Description

A study of the requirements and procedures for obtaining and maintaining patent, trademark, and copyright protection under the laws of the United States and foreign laws, including: understanding regulations; formulating search requests; preparing applications, forms, and documents; maintaining records; and protecting information. Graded or Pass/No Pass option.
