An overview of federal bankruptcy law and procedures for the paralegal; introduction to the functions and working of bankruptcy court, United States Trustee, Chapters 7 and 13, and bankruptcy counsel; examination of Chapters 7, 11 and 13, schedule preparation; creditor representation and bankruptcy research. Graded or Pass/No Pass option.
