Course Description
How to use the plants from the deserts of the world in the Southern California landscape. Identification, growth habits, culture, propagation, design considerations, and conservation. Transfer Credit: CSU.

- Identify and cultivate cacti and succulents and incorporate them into an attractive landscape design.
Course Objectives
- 1. Recognize how cacti and succulents thrive in habitat.
- 2. Identify most commonly used cacti and succulents in the landscape.

- 4. Recognize the use of Cacti and Succulents in the landscape.
- 5. Explain techniques of propagation for cacti and succulents.
