Course Description

This course is a focused practice in poetry writing. Students will explore the art and craft of writing poetry. They will develop their writing by engaging in the writing process, writer's workshop environment, and through close reading and analysis of a variety of published poetry. ADVISORY: ENGL C1000 or ENGL C1000E. Transfer Credit: CSU.
