Course Description

This course will further the study of hip hop dance at the intermediate/advanced level. Emphasis will be on vocabulary, footwork, technical skills, styling and rhythms found in various styles of hip hop dance including but not limited to breaking, locking, popping, freestyle/improvisation, street dance and B-boying. Students will create hip hop choreography in preparation for auditions and/or performance.
