Course Description

A technique course emphasizing the social and stage dances from the region known as the Near and Middle East. Incorporates choreography, improvisation, movement vocabulary, styling, music and finger cymbal playing, use of various props, and costuming. Instruction at the high intermediate/advanced levels are offered.
