Course Description
This noncredit course teaches basic theory in the following subjects: health and safety, disinfection and sanitation, anatomy, chemistry, physiology, bacteriology, mycology, chemical hair services, texture, hair sculpting, natural hair , salon success, professionalism, and professional ethics. Course guidelines are in compliance with the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology Rules and Regulations. This is the first course in a series of four. NOT DEGREE APPLICABLE. Not Transferable.
