Course Description

Formerly: BCT C300. The student will gain insight into building laws founded on broad-based performance principles and will become familiar with the proper use of the International Building Code. This includes administrative, occupancy, types of construction, materials, fire-resistive standards, exiting, and detailed regulating provisions of the document.
