The Drones in Real Estate program is designed for aspiring digital media professionals and real estate agents in Orange County. This curriculum comprises three courses: Drone Photography/Videography, Real Estate Appraisal, and Digital Photography/Videography. The program equips students with the skills to capture, evaluate, and present drone media for real estate purposes. Intended audience: Digital media enthusiasts, real estate professionals, and freelance videographers.

Program Level Student Learning Outcomes

 Upon completion of this program, students will be able to:

1. Demonstrate proficiency operating drones for aerial capture in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines, evaluate real estate properties using drone-captured data for more precise appraisals, and skillfully integrate this media into comprehensive marketing campaigns using advanced digital editing techniques.
