The Associate in Science in Environmental Science for Transfer is designed to provide students with the common core of lower-division courses required to transfer and pursue a baccalaureate degree in environmental science. Degree completion requirements include: Completion of 60 semester units of degree-applicable courses Minimum overall grade point average of 2.0 Minimum grade of C (or P) for each course in the major Completion of CalGETC general education.

Associate Degrees for Transfer (AA-T or AS-T) are open to all Coastline students. Students who do not plan on transferring to a California State University school should consult their Counselor regarding the benefits of an AA-T/AS-T degree based on their goals. Students earning an AA-T or AS-T and intending on transferring to a California State University school receive transfer admission benefits for specific majors at many California State University campuses.
