MCSA: Windows 10, Certificate of Specialization


This Certificate of Specialization provides students with the knowledge and skills for an entry-level computer support specialist to configure, manage, and maintain a Windows 10 enterprise system. The courses include hands-on lab assignments to develop the necessary technical skills for entry-level positions, such as computer support specialist, desktop support, technical support engineer, and desktop support analyst. Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate or MCSA: Windows 10, serves as the foundational desktop industry certification which can lead to the advanced certification of Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, MCSE.

Program Level Student Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of this program, students will be able to:

  1. Demonstrate proficiency with various software packages to solve common networking problems using theories learned in the classroom to design and implement a workable solution.
  2. Build and maintain secure networks.

Certificate Graduation Requirements

A Certificate is awarded upon completion of the required coursework with a grade of C or higher in each course. To receive the certificate, the student must file a petition for graduation during his/her final semester. In addition:
